Was Rosie (the photo of the little girl above) adopted? I know I saw her on this site I believe Feb 2010. I hope she has a family but would love to know if she is still waiting.

Why will Henry be ineligible soon? What happens at 13?
Children in China are no longer eligible to be adopted after they turn 14, so Henry has just one year remaining to find his family. We certainly are rooting for him! Please let us know if we can help answer any more questions.
