Once a month, our Beijing Regional Manager, Cindy, visits all the children at our Heartbridge Pediatric Healing Unit. Cindy takes great pride in sending us beautiful photos of our happy babies…but Douglas here has not been cooperating lately. You see, Douglas — like many of us — is NOT a morning person!
One normally thinks of running a marathon as an individual endeavor, but for two of our runners in the Marine Corps Marathon (MCM), it has turned into a family affair.

This is Janice, our newest arrival at Heartbridge. Janice comes from Qidong, Hunan and has the multiple challenges of being born with cleft lip and palate, AND a severely clubbed left foot. She is a beautiful little girl with a head full of gorgeous curls!
