A Summer of Firsts for Jaime
Jaime, who is seven years old, experienced many firsts this summer. He made his first visit to a park and ate his first meal out at Kentucky Fried Chicken! We think it’s safe to guess from this photo that he especially enjoyed the toy that came with his meal. Jaime also had his first taste of performing on a stage during his Believe in Me school’s International Children’s Day Performance. Jaime and his friends didn’t seem to get stage fright and did a great job! Below is a short video of them rehearsing with their teachers in which Jaime can be seen stepping into the front at 1:37.
Jaime’s teachers describe him as a boy with a very distinct personality. He is said to be easy to laugh and also easy to cry when he is upset.
He eagerly looks forward to school and especially likes playing with his many friends and helping his teachers pass things out. He struggles a bit with math, but he seems to like reading books on the shelf on his own.
Two of Jaime’s best friends will soon be adopted, and we know that will be a big transition for him.
Jaime himself is available for adoption on the shared list. We can just imagine Jaime sitting with his forever family as they help him with math problems or perhaps read to him snuggled on the couch. We hope that anyone who might be interested in providing this for him will contact us for more information!
Love Without Boundaries proudly advocates for adoption but is not an adoption agency. We invite you to contact [email protected] with questions about a child we have featured and encourage you to contact your local adoption agency for more information about China’s Waiting Child Program.
