Cha Cha Tomas
Doesn’t it look like Tomas is trying to cha-cha his way into our hearts? This happy seven-year-old makes us smile each and every time we receive his reports. He has a repaired spinal meningocele and is a student in our Believe in Me school in Changzhi. When we learned he had been waiting for his family to find him on the shared list, we were anxious to share what we know to help his family find him!
Somewhat timid and a bit shy, Tomas is beginning to come out of his shell in school. He is participating more in classroom activities and is kind to his friends and classmates. His teachers have observed him singing when he doesn’t think anyone can hear him!
Here you can see Tomas being creative. Drawing and crafts, however, are not among his favorite activities. Instead, Tomas enjoys listening to stories and songs and being active outdoors, running around in the sunshine and playing games with his friends!
Although he is still slightly behind other children his age, he is improving in class. Tomas’s best friend was recently adopted, and he must miss him quite a lot.
Little Tomas truly needs a mom, a dad, and supportive family members to help him improve even more and find out how much he really can accomplish. Please share his story in the hopes that someone will fall in love with his happy face and claim him as their own!
