2014 Report on Intercountry Adoption
The U.S. Department of State just released its 2014 Report on Intercountry Adoption.
Here are a few facts that we pulled out of this report that we thought might be particularly interesting:
* 2,040 adoptions from China were completed in 2014. This is a 10% decrease in the number of children from China being adopted to the U.S. compared to the previous year, 2013, when 2,301 kids were chosen by American families.
