Celebrate Love: So Many Ways To Help Children In Need

As you may have heard, we at Love Without Boundaries are celebrating our 15th anniversary! 15 years of hope and healing would never have been possible without the support and involvement of our wonderful community. Ava’s Fundraiser To Help Orphans

Several weeks ago, we received a letter that touched our hearts.

Dear Love Without Boundaries,

My name is Ava. I will be 7 years old in March. I am very thankful for all of you. You took care of my little brother at your Heartbridge Healing Home in China. You gave us a lot of pictures of him, too. He was with you from October or November 2015 to April 2016. His name is Nathan. His Love Without Boundaries name was Malcolm.

Bekah’s Watermelon Run

Preparations are underway for one of our favorite events of the year, coming up at the end of September: Bekah’s Watermelon Run! As a baby, Bekah was cared for at our Heartbridge Healing Home. We all rejoiced when she was adopted, and then grieved with her family when she suddenly passed away months after coming home. Bekah’s big sister Lindsay (seen here in the middle) had an idea for honoring her little sister: a race to raise money for “other little Bekahs”

A Girl of Many Names

Do you know that LWB’s website has a wonderful feature called TeamLWB where you can create your own fundraiser for any LWB project or program about which you are particularly passionate? Today we want to introduce you to one of the inspiring people who is using this easy-to-use campaign platform to raise funds for orphaned children to be placed in loving foster homes.

Bekah’s Watermelon Run: Love In Action

This September, the “L” family of Colorado honored the memory of their daughter Bekah by holding a birthday party in the form of a fundraising run to celebrate her life.

Kids Making A Difference Through Team LWB

We often get requests from people interested in fundraising to help orphaned and impoverished children in LWB programs. This summer, we initiated Team LWB as a way for individuals to organize personal fundraisers on behalf of LWB, and many have already become involved.  Many of these enterprising fundraisers are children themselves, such as Emmalie and LinLan.
