Tristan: All Boy!
Tristan is a four-year-old boy in our LWB’s Fuyang Education Program who has limb differences in both of his arms and hands. It brings us all such pleasure to say that he is ready to be matched with a family now!
Tristan has been featured on LWB Community (“Tristan: LWB’s Featured Child of the Week“), and we’ve enjoyed watching him thrive as he joined LWB’s Fuyang Foster Care Program and then progressed to preschool.
When Vicki Hossack, Fuyang Foster Care Coordinator, met Tristan last year, he was so proud to show off the drawing he had made. Each month we hear about Tristan’s quirks and the things he enjoys most…little dogs, playing in the dirt, being the leader of his friends. However, we did not know how proud he was of his art work and were also surprised to learn how much he likes sausage!
Tristan is quite comical. Always sporting a mischievous grin, he is one of a kind.
This classic poem describes Tristan to a “T”:
Little boys come in all shapes and sizes,
Shy and adventurous, full of surprises,
With misshapen halos and mischievous grins,
Small dirty faces, and sweet, sticky chins.
They’ll keep you so busy, and yet all the while
Nothing can brighten the world like their smile.
And no greater treasure has brought homes more joy
Than a curious, active, and lovable boy! ~Author Unknown
We look forward to the day he is adopted and hearing of the joy he brings to his family!
Love Without Boundaries proudly advocates for adoption but is not an adoption agency. We invite you to contact [email protected] with questions about a child we have featured and encourage you to contact your local adoption agency for more information about China’s Waiting Child Program.
