Meet Tulip, a darling five-year old girl in our Believe in Me orphanage school in Huainan who is waiting for a forever family of her own.

As a baby, Tulip was supported by our Nutrition program, and so we’ve been able to watch this sweet girl as she’s grown over the years.

Baby Tulip!

At just two years of age, Tulip was able to start in the toddler class of the Believe in Me school. Here she benefited from the loving care and nurture of our wonderful teaching staff.

It is always a pleasure to see her sweet smile in photos and to see her participating in many of the activities of the school.

Tulip’s teachers tell us she especially enjoys any sort of physical activity and gets very excited about joining in any running or jumping games. She appears especially joyful when she is outside!

Her teachers also say she is curious about many things and is quite fascinated when something new is being shared with her.

Most recently, they report that Tulip has been very interested in looking at books…

…both by herself and with a friend!

Here is a recent video of Tulip being read to by her teacher. We love how intently she is listening to the story and leaning towards the teacher to try to hear!

Tulip has always lived in the orphanage and has never experienced the love of a family of her own. Not only would a forever family be able to provide love but also access to quality medical care and education, so important to Tulip‘s development and self-esteem.  How we would love to see her as someone’s daughter while she is still a little girl!

Love Without Boundaries proudly advocates for adoption but is not an adoption agency. We invite you to contact adoption@lwbmail.com with questions about a child we have featured and encourage you to contact your adoption agency for more information about China’s Waiting Child Program.

Can you tell me more about the adoption process for this little girl? I have adopted internationally before.
