Waiting Child Spotlight: Children With Down Syndrome
March 21st (3/21) was chosen as the day for World Down Syndrome Day to symbolize the third copy of chromosome 21 in Trisomy 21, the most common form of Down Syndrome. Today is extra special because it marks the 10th anniversary of World Down Syndrome Day! In honor of this special anniversary we wanted to share some of the children who are or have been in LWB programs who truly rock their extra chromosome. All of these children are waiting to be chosen for adoption.
